A Blast From The Past
militantPoet: About Your Favorite Band
Just a Tribute
militantPoet started as a tribute band. The members were all in other bands at the time but as they jammed together and played live it was apparent this was more than a side gig. Then the song writing started and as they played them live the fever started. Rather than playing just covers, people wanted to hear militantPoet songs.
Recording The Masterpieces
militantPoet's friend built a new state of the art recording studio. They helped break it in with recording their demo. The demo entitled "Initial Setup for Desanguination" sparked the interest and along with their live shows helped gather a following. The next few years they recorded songs as time allowed and now years later have released them to the masses on all the streaming sites.
